Adekunle Mujeeb Smith
Kunle’s professional experience spans across Real Assets, Financial Services, Strategy Consulting and FMCG in Nigeria and Europe.
Kunle sits on the Board of Orange Island Development Company, (OIDC), driving the Orange Island development project - a multi-billion Naira PPP project in partnership with the Lagos State government. He was a Strategy Analyst at Union Bank of Nigeria, where he worked on corporate strategy and investor relations, supported several businesses and drove innovation. Prior to that, he was a Finance and Admin Manager at AJE Group Nigeria (AJEAST) driving the company’s entry into the Nigerian market. As a former strategy consultant at BTS London UK, he focused on driving strategic alignment and productivity for clients in the Financial Services and Oil and Gas industries, having previously worked as an Investment Banker in Telecoms Media and Technology (TMT) M&A at JP Morgan in London.
Kunle has completed the CFA program and has an MBA from IE Business School with a concentration in Finance. Prior to that, he received an MSc in Process, Technology, & Business Management from the University of Warwick and an MSc and BEng in Chemical Engineering from University College London and the University of Surrey respectively.
Oluseye Olusoga
Seye is an entrepreneur and innovator with a primary focus in Financial Services and specifically fixed income investing
The pioneer Managing Director of Parthian Partners Limited, Nigeria’s foremost indigenous Inter-dealer brokerage firm. He has previously worked at Lehman Brothers London in the Debt Capital Markets before moving to Citibank as a trader within its Citigroup Global Markets in London. He played several roles during his time at Citi trading commodities, FX Rates and credit before taking on leadership roles within the derivatives market space as the Head of European Credit options and Index team.
Seye holds a First Class (Hons) degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Surrey and is an Alumni of the Said Business School Oxford and Warwick Business School in the UK. He is also an Alumni of the Lagos Business School and was a member of the Capital Market Master Plan Committee
Rami El Oueni
Rami’s professional experience spans across the technical, managerial, and strategic business planning disciplines within the Construction and Real Estate sectors in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and the Middle East.
Rami has a proven capability of delivering full-cycle turnkey construction projects from design to handing over, having worked as a Key Contributor / Team Lead on 6+ design projects, as an Execution Team Lead or Project Manager on 10+ projects, and as Operations Manager on a portfolio of 10+ projects. Projects managed span across residential, commercial, educational and master plans and vary in value from USD 10 Million to USD 3 Billion.
Rami’s achieved certifications include an International MBA from IE in Madrid, a Professional (PMP) accreditation from the Project Management Institute (PMI), a Leadership in energy and Environmental Design Green Associate (LEED GA) from the US Green Building Council (USGBC). He is a graduate of the American University of Beirut
Raffaele Santin
Raffaele is a truly global professional, having worked in 5 countries, lived in 7 and explored 50+. His diverse career experience spans across Marketing, Management Consulting, Finance and Operations.
Raffa is the head of conventional products for JTI, having previously held positions as Head of Brands and Portfolio Strategy - responsible for developing brands, portfolio and pricing strategy, as well as Portfolio Strategy and Communication Manager and Finance Manager. He began his career as a management consultant at Tefen, where he redesigned processes and organizational structure of various companies.
In addition to a successful corporate career in Marketing for a Fortune 500 FMCG, he has experience as an advisor to digital entrepreneurs, as well as a lecturer on Marketing & Strategy.
Raffaele holds an MBA from IE Business School (where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma for outstanding achievement top 2% of the intake) and a BSc and MSc in Management and Production Engineering from Politecnico di Milano
Hamad Alebraheem
Hamad’s professional experience spans over 15 years in the financial services industry in the Middle East and Europe
He started with Kuwait Investment Authority, KIA, where he rotated across several divisions and spent time with Allianz Global Investors in Europe. Then he joined Gulf Investment Corporation, GIC, in Kuwait where he spent 14 years sourcing and monitoring investments in the field of Alternatives (Real Estate, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity).
He Holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Sijibomi Adesemowo
Siji’s professional experience spans 12 years, majority of which has been spent as an Africa-focused investment banker.
His career began at JP Morgan, where he was focussed on transactions in the MENA region. He later joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he worked in the CEEMEA Investment Banking coverage business and subsequently within the bank’s EMEA Oil & Gas business. Following this, Siji spent 6 years within Standard Bank’s London based, Sub-Saharan Africa M&A team, facilitating transactions primarily in the Oil & Gas, Telecoms Media & Technology and Mining sectors. More recently, Siji has led capital raises for African Fintech and consumer businesses.
Siji is also a property investor with several years of direct investment, management, and development experience in the UK market.
He holds an MSc in Engineering Business Management and a BEng in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Warwick, UK.
